At last!!!
Hello ladies, at last we are in our new home since one week today! And my first day online after a month offline due to BT making lots of mistakes. We are of course still in a mess but we are getting there. It's all been so stressful but I don't want to think about all the problems we had to face by writing it down, it's best to try and put it behind me and try to move on. My health has certainly improved, hopefully it won't be long before I'm in full working order :-) We all love our new home even though it's half the size of where we were. We've already put more storage in as that's the one think we are seriously short of. I will take some before and after pictures of my future craft room which just now is a passage type thing. My stash is packed in boxes until my DH has fitted my room out, it's down the list right now and I don't have a time scale. Do you think grovelling might push it up the list? The main thing is we are all happy and settling very well so waiting a bit is not serious is it.

More problems
Thanks so much for your good wishes and asking me how things are, I so value your support. We should have been moving this week but the solicitors have messed up so we can't and our solicitor can't even tell us when! It looks as if someone has been lying to us and their solicitor is covering up and going on a very slow speed on purpose would you believe. I'm trying so hard to cope with the stress and now I can't even try crafting as everything is in the packing boxes. The pains have got easier due to the medication but I'm very shaky and the medication gives me sweats. Pressure is really on us now as our new home is ready for us to sign for, we've lost a really good removal deal by having to cancel and the motel we'd booked for the overnight stay has charged us the full price even though it's not our fault we had to cancel. Hopefully once this is all over these bad symptoms will go away and I will be my old self again. Hugs and many thanks to all of you.

New Update
Hi everyone, some good news, my health has improved quite a bit though I'm not recovered fully, plus we've found a house we want to buy. Hopefully the solicitors will keep busy and nobody will back out causing this long awaited move to fail. As many of you will know it's a stressful time which doesn't really ease until it's all over and sorted which will be at the end of next month. As we've down sized by half I still won't have a craft room although there is an area that my DH says he can fit out to suit me and it might even work better than what I have now fingers crossed. I will have to look out for inexpensive wall storage I guess. I'm now having a huge de clutter to cut some expense from this long distance move, anything we don't need will go, well has to in order to fit into half the size place. De cluttering does clear the mind though and I do find it therapeutic so long as it's not craft stuff I'm parting with :-) I might manage a card before I have to start packing things, depends on how much other stuff I can work through. Thanks for all your good wishes, I enjoyed reading them, they helped me thinking in a positive way that I will get through this and find my mo jo again.

Difficulties just now
Hi my lovely followers, it's already been a week since I posted and it likely to be another few days. It now looks as if we've got a buyer for our house but at far less than we hoped. The stress/anxieties of this past year have really got to me, remember those chest pains and me going into hospital, all part of it. I've got medication to try help me cope better. My crafts have suffered as I've not been able to focus, buyers now days seem to treat you badly and there is nothing you can do about it but it makes it hard. We are going house hunting in a couple of days which will mean we will be away from home and computer for a few days as we are going to a new area. Hopefully this will soon get sorted, our house sale will be straightforward and then I can clear my mind and get crafting again. Hope you will bear with me and send me some happy vibes. Fingers crossed we will find something we can afford which will have space for a craft room.
Hugs to all of you. Pamela x

This drove me nuts! (or best of a bad job:-)
Oh my I wanted this cart so much but this, my first cut, was such a pain! I've enough candles cut to fill a shop with my tryouts! I have to keep my Christmas cards to 6"x6" to save on postage so this is the largest I can work with, fiddly isn't the word, so I've done my own thing with it and left off some tiny cuts. I've embossed the white background and added a bit of sparkle with gold ribbon below the holly. The backing papers are Back to Basics Christmas by Dovecraft. The sentiment is stamped and it's finished off with leaves which I've lightly gilded to match the ribbon. This card almost hit the bin a few times but I think maybe it was worth working on it as I so hate to fail.

Bear Female
I can't resist being a bit cheeky/funny with my post title now and again. so the details are, the digi stamp is from Cuddly Buddly which I've coloured with my Copics. This frame is cut from Damask Decor, the backing paper is from My Minds Eye. I've added a left over cut from Art Nouveau which I shaped to fit. The flowers are made with a Tonic punch and matching CD. The sentiment is a digi stamp, punched leaves and matching ribbon from my stash finish today's card.

Robin
The robin was a challenge to me, firstly I don't have a Copic pen which is truly the right colour but on UK Christmas cards they are usually given a redder breast than the reality. Secondly I've not done feathers before so getting the breast to look right tried my patience! I hand cut my frame which is then layered onto a Spellbinders Fleur de Lise die cut. I've placed a textured blue paper underneath to add depth and colour. My backing paper is embossed with snowflakes but as I've had it a couple of years and lost the cover I don't know where it's from. The flower is made from a Heartfelt Creations die and I've inked the paper and glittered the edges. A pearl finishes the flower. My sentiment is stamped.
