Bear Female

I can't resist being a bit cheeky/funny with my post title now and again. so the details are, the digi stamp is from Cuddly Buddly which I've coloured with my Copics. This frame is cut from Damask Decor, the backing paper is from My Minds Eye. I've added a left over cut from Art Nouveau which I shaped to fit. The flowers are made with a Tonic punch and matching CD. The sentiment is a digi stamp, punched leaves and matching ribbon from my stash finish today's card.

Magic part 4

This is the last part of my magic series for now but I will return to it from time to time as I love fairies and fantasy. I hope you've enjoyed it and I've not bored you.
So here it is then. My digi stamp is by Lilyboo called My heart belongs to you. I've coloured it with my Copics and of course as you'd expect from me I've glittered the fairy's wings. I've touched the edges of the dragons back and horns with gold mica paint and also a little to the fairy's hair for a sheen. The gold coloured embossed paper layer is from Create and Craft, it rather reminds me of dragon skin. The frame is a cut from Ornamental Iron. My background paper is by Bazoo, I think the hearts go well with the image as does the glitter finish on it. The sentiment is mounted on the same papers as the image. Gems in the top left finish it off.

Magic part 2

Part 2 of my magic series is a called Dreamer from Lillyboo digi stamps at Cuddly Buddly which I've coloured with my Copics. I've glittered her wings the moon and also the butterfly as it's so right for fairies. The oval die cut and the butterfly are Spellbinders. The lace ribbon is a cut from Ribbons and Rosettes layered on top of pink ribbon. I've used a background paper from a CD with two layers of pink toned paper beneath. The white leaves are a Martha Stewart punch and the pink roses are made from the Art Philosophy cart. I've stamped my sentiment and matted and layered it the same papers as on the card. Pearls inside the roses complete my card. Inside is a greeting on paper from a CD.

Swinging

Today I've used a Lilyboo digi stamp girl sitting. I've coloured her with my Copics and used colours I've not used before as I do favour pinks and lilacs. I've picked yellow for the card, the background paper is from a CD, The centre stripe paper has an overlay of deep peach ribbon, across it I've layered a deeper toned paper which I've edged with a green paper matching the green in my colouring. I hope you can see this in the photo. The picture is layered on peach and then yellow paper and then on a 5" lace mat I cut from Ornamental Iron. I made the sentiment on my computer.

Flower Friends

A change from my usual square cards today. I love this little quote so I made a card to suit it. The digi stamp is called Coming up Daisies from Cuddly Buddly. I've coloured her with my Copics. I've used a deep pink card base to pick out the pink in the background paper which is from a CD. the lace is from Ribbons and Rosettes, I love that cart as there are so many lovely ribbons suitable for cards. I've inked the paper ribbon with Ranger ink then slotted a matching ribbon through to set it off. the frame for the image is a Spellbinders one and I cut a mat for the quote from the inner piece. I added a few gems to finish it all off. Thanks for looking and  I'd love it if you left me a comment.

For a special 5yr old

This card is for my great niece and again will need to be posted. It's square which I seem to use most of at the moment. The background dotted paper is from my computer, the green flowered is from a crafting CD. The image is a digi stamp is by Kim McFarlane coloured with my Copics and with a green mat underneath to pick up the greens in the paper. I've added ribbon and some gem flowers as she's a very girly girl. I made the sentiment on a graphics program. The 5 is cut from Sesame street fonts at 1" with a darker pink shadow to pick out the shoes in the image.

Grandson card

When I make a card which will be posted like this one which is to go to another country I go for a 6" square and don't build up the depth anywhere as it affects the postage cost greatly. This digi stamp is by Kim McFarlane and called Mr Wiggly, I've coloured it with my Copics. The background papers are from my stash. I've added buttons down one side which I've punched out. I gave in and made the sentiment in my graphics program after quite a few failed attempts at cutting one small enough on my Cricut. I kept to clean simple lines as it's a male card but I hope you agree with me that it works.

Pretty Lady

Pretty Lady is a digi stamp from Cuddly Duddly. I've used my Copics as usual. The background is done with a Debbie Moore embossing sheet on my Big Shot Pro. The lace is again from Ribbons and Rosettes, the background paper from one of my crafting CD's as is the paper I've made the box from that she's sitting on. The greeting is stamped, layered and mounted with glue dots for a little depth.

Sending Hugs

I made this card to send to someone who needs hugs. The digi stamp is by  mjm and coloured with Copics which I'm just learning to use. The frame is from Ornamental Iron 2. Hope you like it.

Love Card coloured with Copics

I'm just learning to use Copics and really enjoying the experience. The lace was made with a Fiskers punch, the handmade velum flowers with a Tonic punch.
